Studies have shown that Yoga & Meditation can improve sleep quantity, quality and help you fall asleep quicker. So if you want to learn how to get a better night's sleep, join us for this Yoga & Meditation workshop.

You will practive and learn effective techniques that will help you get to sleep easier and fall into a peaceful and deep slumber so you wake up feeling refreshed and energised.

You will learn the main reason you always wake up throughout the night, and how to get back to sleep quick!

The workshop is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners to yoga.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring an extra jumper, blanket and a cushion for the relaxation session.

You will also take home:
  • a set sequence of asana (yoga postures) for insomnia;
  • breathing techniques that quiet the mind and calm the nervous system;
  • lifestyle choices that support sleep;
  • inspiration and encouragement to quieten the mind so you can have a better night's sleep.
